Northern Marine Cadets from across Asia gathered at a regional week-long Company event in India.
The event welcomed Indian, Chinese and Filipino Cadets to Mumbai, where a number of Company presentations, seminars and training classes took place.
The Cadets received information on a variety of Company operations, policies and expectations while having the opportunity to ask questions to management.
A group of 17 more experienced Cadets who attended the event last year, offered the newer employees a personal insight and perspective on their own fledgling Northern Marine careers.
Thomas Campbell, Fleet Training and Cadets Manager, said: "The event allows Cadets the opportunity to meet peers from other countries as well as better familiarise themselves with management staff.
"As well as the soft skills training and Company presentations which take place, there are opportunities for the Cadets to interact in a more relaxed setting which helps break down cultural barriers and promote cohesiveness."
The event welcomed a total of 55 Cadets with a split of Deck, Engineering and ETO disciplines.
Cadet events take place throughout the year in various recruiting regions.
